I offer 60-minute 1:1 sessions that go beyond symptom management, but are designed to uncover the root cause of your pain, movement restrictions, or performance issues. The process begins with a deep dive into your history, a full-body movement assessment, strength and mobility testing, and hands-on evaluation.

You’ll walk away with a clear game plan, targeted treatment, and tailored programming to get you out of pain and back to the things you love.

Sessions may include manual therapy, dry needling, mobility work, movement biomechanics, and sport-specific exercise.

My Approach: 3 Step Process

  • We will address pain, restore mobility, and support athletic recovery via soft tissue care. Manual therapy modalities include dry needling, cupping, massage.

  • Most aches, pains, and reoccurring injuries are a result of poor movement patterns, faulty biomechanics, and/or sub-optimal training programs. This is my wheelhouse. You will learn what went wrong, why it occurred, and how exactly to fix it.

  • We will build a customized plan to get you healthy, resilient, and strong AF. This is injury prevention. This is durability. This is the long game.

Physical therapy vs personal training?

Not sure if you need “PT” or are ready for gym-based work? No problem. Rehab and strength exist on a continuum. Our sessions will be structured based on what you need that particular day. We work on anything from hands-on bodywork, to heavy barbell lifting, and sometimes a little of both.
